  Terrible shop.
  
  My car had some body damage and they told me it would take two weeks to repair. Two weeks later, I called to find out if it was ready and found out they forgot about my car and hadn't even started on it. It took them over a month to fix my car. As anyone who has been without a car knows, renting a car gets expensive and coordinating rides from friends and family is inconvenient.
  
  The repair work was fine. Customer service not so much. Time to fix the car: absolutely unacceptable.
