  Manny Ramirez is honest, trustworthy and a professional businessman. I had an emergency due to a serious roof leak which had penetrated my 2nd floor ceiling causing damage. I called Manny upon a referral and he came out to my house on the same day to assess and provided an estimate. He surprised me by having his crew show up much sooner than he had originally promised - I have "weathered" the most recent storms with no evident leaks after Manny replaced my roof. Job well done. I highly recommend Lasting Construction and will call Manny again without hesitation should the need arise.

  Update:
  Lasting Construction came in to fix the issue right before the last snow storm in March - Wonderful! Hard work and nice job.
  
  Lasting Construction did good job on the roof area they worked on but they missed out part of the leaking roof area that we initially asked them to estimated on. So after spent a lot of money the roof leaking problem in that general area is still not 100% fixed. Trying to contact them but no response. Satisfied on the work they did but very disappointed on their misjudgment on the leaking issue and how they handled the customer service request.
