  My doctor is very helpful and nice, but the front desk staff really need some serious training, almost all of them I spoke to have attitude problem, if it is scheduling apts or forwarding prescriptions to pharmacy etc. Always on hold for 15-20 min then it gets disconnected. Looks like they are not trained properly they don't even know how prescriptions are forwarded to pharmacy. I am just there because my doctor is really good otherwise I would have left it. I hope the doctors know they are losing patients because of front desk staff and some
  action is taken.
