  I liked the therapist however the receptionist Adrianna was rude right off the bat. Like this woman had an attitude with me as soon as the first words left my mouth. The place is also difficult to get to and parking is far away from the actual entrance. You can’t even get near the place with out going through gated security and the signs to find the place are super small. After today’s experience, if this is the type of people who work here I’m not so sure we’ll be coming back maybe we will just have to find some where closer.
  Update: The owner called me today to discuss what happened yesterday. After some conversation he has advised me that Adrianna will not be there when we are there. He also stated that accommodations can be made due to the long distance between the parking area and the office which I appreciate. The owner also let me know he will handle this issue with the receptionist. I’m glad to see a business owner taking responsibility for issues at their establishment.

  Excellent facility and staff. If you are working on campus, the center is just a short walking distance and easy appointment set up. The center also has full gym that other tenants of campus have access to. The staff is professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this center if you are looking for a physical therapy services in Bridgewater area. Parking could be a challenge sometimes.
