  Terrible experience. I've been going to this Friday's for as long as I can remember . It's gone down hill significantly. We went there on a slow Wednesday night Our server gave no cares in the world and spent most of his time sitting down at a table being us hanging with a friend . He took forever to get our drinks . We got our food after what felt like forever and it sucked. My salad was drenched in dressing and the steak was burnt. My BFs burger was tasteless and the fries were cold. The manager came by and asked how everything was. I expressed my issues with the salad and his response was "Well let us know next time and we can remake it for you." Um kinda hard when our server is no where to be found....
